Cotyledon CIC serves a range of clients in the public, private and third sectors. Our work for each client is formed from a basis of project management, quality assurance and research techniques. Each assignment is designed to add value and dimension and is constructed with the client in a way that best suits the contract, the stakeholder aims and capacity and the overall vision and aims of the client.
We are careful to make sure that from each stage - from diagnosis to project completion and sign-off - the client and stakeholders retain ownership of the process and that knowledge transfer is a two-way flow.
We take customer care seriously. All of our customers have confirmed 'satisfied' or 'very satisfied' with our approach and delivery in feedback surveys. This is further endorsed when clients consistently approach us to undertake more assignments.
